I had a nice stay overall. The hotel is very conveniently placed for anyone planning to travel further to Haneda airport as it's across the Keikyu Tamata station. It is very close to Keikyu-Kamata subway station, which is a big plus. However, it's about a 10-15 minute walk from JR Kamata station, which could be a bit inconvenient if you have heavy luggage.
